*Modified by Cateyes: This is no longer in effect but will still be on hand in case any future officers want to use this as a guideline!
The GRCC Anime Club Library will be in full swing next Wednesday on 2/11/09. So if you are interested in renting an anime from the club see me, Brett Wetherbee. I'll tell you about it. For the mean time here are the rules and guidelines for renting. you can also email me at: brettwetherbee@email.grcc.edu for questions.
Purpose: To give you access to the anime in the clubs possession for personal viewing at a low renting price.
Signing up: Read this, or read the form to understand the rules and regulations of the Anime Club Library System. Then fill out your information on the form and submit it to the currently acting Librarian.
Personal Info: An email address is required to get in contact with you when you have overdue items. You have a choice of whether or not to give a phone number along with your email. This is solely for contacting purposes of overdue items.
Deposit: To rent something you must pay the deposit as well as the renting fee. Paying along with the rental fee will cost $7.00.
Renting: You must pay the deposit along with renting an item(s). Paying the deposit with the rental fee will cost $7.00 per item. Upon returning the item(s) you will be given $4.00 back. So in all you spend $3 when renting. You will also be given a card that will tell you when your rental is due back. You rent the item(s) for two weeks. If you return an item damaged or un-playable, you will not get the $4.00 back.
Overdue Items: In the event that you do return an item overdue you will not receive the deposit back. An Item will be considered overdue at the end of the Thursday club meeting at 4:00pm the week your item(s) is due.
End of Semester Collection: Two weeks before the Anime Clubs' last meeting for the semester, we will be collecting all rented anime, regardless of when it was rented. This is to prevent item(s) from staying with you over the break between semesters. It is also to make sure we have all our items returned in a timely manner. You cannot rent anything during this period.
Rules are subject to change without prior warning.
If you have any questions post them here or email me.
