Anything anime goes in here, whether it be your least or most favorite genre or series.
Anything goes- even american 'anime' like Avatar: The Last Airbender can go in here!

My favorite anime...very hard to decide, I would have to go with Outlaw Star, Sola, Excel Saga, Yu Yu Hakusho (through the Dark Tournament), and Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu.
Least favorite would be Inuyasha, One Piece and Naruto. Inuyasha because they fight the SAME bad guy the entire series and the episodes cycle the same crap over again, One Piece mainly for the 4kids dubbing and censoring. I know the japanese one is better, but i dont feel like getting that many episodes. And Naruto, because toonami made me dislike that show by always restarting the series to a certain point, and naruto's "Believe it!" slogan.

My favorites... are a hard toss-up between Fushigi Yuugi and Ayashi no Ceres. It depends on my mood which is my favorite at any time.
Fushigi Yuugi is more happy and an 'awesome-character-design fest', while Ceres is deep and dark, often involving philosophy and psychology bits in it (but not obviously)
>_< Both are by Yu Watase. lol I love her work :3
But I also like Inuyasha, Bleach and Rurouni Kenshin ^_^
oh... and Pretear. Gotta love Pretear :3

my absolute favorite(we're talking "has written heartfelt fanfics and then posted them online" kind of favorite) is Black Lagoon. Best...series...ever. I cosplayed as Roberta the killer death maid for Jafax ;D Other favorites are Azumanga Daioh, Martian Successor Nadesico and Magic Knight Rayearth. I read a lot more manga than I watch anime actually.

I would have to say my favorite is avatar the last airbender lol. Most of the time I don't even mention it as an anime but I do consider it one. There are some animes where I find one episode as my favorite ever but the rest of the episodes suck like Kiba. First episode of that anime was addicting but the rest I don't care for.

Elfen Leid- It is a bit on the mature side, but there is a reason for that. I just fell in love with the characters and the story was so engaging that I found myself watching the whole series in a single sitting more then one time.

I have so many that I enjoy! Top 4 I'd say are :School Rumble, Baccano!, Rosario + Vampire, and They Are My Noble Masters. There are others just...its a close race. As far as anime I have not enjoyed, it would have to be Flag. The whole series is taken from the perspective of a camera...which at times is cool but for a 20 something episode anime, It'll drive you insane.

I would also consider Avatar an anime too, even though it was made in America. At least it is better than the anthropomorphic animal crap cartoons that are always made constantly by American companies. Not saying all anthropomorphic animal cartoons are bad just most of the recent ones.

My least favorite anime would have to be Genshiken. I've only seen the first four episodes (i own the first disk) and from watching it, it's kind of...boring. Though I do like the bonus episode that the dvd has. Another series that I'm watching on the Sci-fi channel is Descendants of Darkness. I'm starting to like it, but I'm still finding problems with it. To begin with, the eng. dub voices for the main characters are kind of horrible. The side characters probably have better voices =___=' They speak rather quickly too, or reply fast. There's also some parts where the scenes don't flow together very well, like it goes from all dark and night time to the middle of the day. Or one of the characters is in one room and then the next scene he's in a different room with another character. It's like 'when did he get there?' I'm also finding this with the music too, like it gets cut off at some parts or changes completely without a nice transition. Not only that, but there are also some parts that I feel confused and don't understand. One scene that I remember is that one of the main characters is fighting and then it goes to him holding onto a railing and he's saying 'I'm sorry, I couldn't help it' and his hand is bleeding. I do like the animation and the art of the show. The guys are nicely designed ...wonder if the manga is better though.... Some of my favorite animes: Trinity Blood, Last Exile (love the opening song), Gurren Lagann, Soul Eater, Devil May Cry (the animated series), Lucky Star

I just finished watching "Karas" It takes place in the near future and has to do with the human world and the "demon" world coexisting together. And the "Karas" is a human who has been granted amazing powers do to the "will of the city". Its a wonderfully animated OAV with only 2, hour long episodes. Not a funny anime, but a serious one with a deeper meaning...if your into that stuff, seriously...watch it.

My favorite animes are prolly Deathnote cause the whole psychological battles and deception going on between L and Kira is just so wicked and very clever.
also i love samurai champloo Jean is a kewl character i like and Moogan is just badass. I also gotta say i loved School Rumble it cracked me up the whole series through. I liked some parts of blood + but it had a lot of very slow parts that made it hard to keep my interest Yu Yu Hakasho very sweet also
i also like many others those are jsut the first faves that come to mind.
